答:一般,潛水泵電線發(fā)熱不出水是因?yàn)槠渫ㄟ^的電流超過了額定安全載流量!俗稱“超載”!
導(dǎo)致超載有以下幾種原因:
1、電線選擇線徑過小會(huì)導(dǎo)致電線發(fā)熱,電線的選擇通常按照設(shè)備額定電流(電機(jī)銘牌標(biāo)注或按功率計(jì)算)的1.5倍來確定其安全載流量的大小。
2、接線不正確,當(dāng)潛水泵錯(cuò)接電源時(shí)也會(huì)導(dǎo)致水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不正常而電流增大。查找并更正錯(cuò)誤接線可解決問題。
3、潛水泵錯(cuò)誤使用。水泵超出規(guī)定揚(yáng)程使用或縮減管徑使用等會(huì)導(dǎo)致水泵超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行而引起電流增大。此問題只要正確安裝使用水泵即可解決。
4、潛水泵有故障水泵機(jī)械或電氣故障會(huì)導(dǎo)致電流增大。
5、潛水泵出現(xiàn)機(jī)械故障包括軸損毀運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不靈、葉輪堵塞異物卡死電機(jī)等,電氣故障有匝間短路等。確定并排除故障即可解決。

簡(jiǎn)單來說,潛水泵電線發(fā)熱不出水可能是因?yàn)橛幸韵鹿收洗嬖冢?/p>
1.葉輪卡住;
2.電源電壓過低;
3.電源斷電或斷相;
4.電纜線斷裂;
5.插頭損壞;
6.電纜線壓降過大;
7.定子繞組損壞;電阻嚴(yán)重不平衡;其中一相或兩相斷路;對(duì)地絕緣電阻為零。
解決潛水泵電線發(fā)熱不出水故障的方法:
1. 葉輪卡住的去除葉輪附近的臟物,隨后用手盤動(dòng)葉輪看其是不是能夠旋轉(zhuǎn)。若發(fā)現(xiàn)葉輪的端面同口環(huán)相擦,則需要密封墊降葉輪墊高一點(diǎn)。
2. 換用高揚(yáng)程水泵,或降低水泵的揚(yáng)程。
3. 逐步檢查電源的保險(xiǎn)絲和開關(guān)部分,發(fā)現(xiàn)并消除故障;檢驗(yàn)三相溫度繼電器觸點(diǎn)是否接通,并使之正常工作。
4. 查出斷點(diǎn)并連接好電纜線。
5. 更換或修理插頭。
6. 依據(jù)電纜線長(zhǎng)度,選擇合適的電纜規(guī)格,增大電纜的導(dǎo)電面積,減小電纜線壓降。
7. 對(duì)定子繞組重新下線進(jìn)行大修,按原來的設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行重繞。
尤其是電纜線的規(guī)格,線徑小電流大是*常見的導(dǎo)致潛水泵電線發(fā)熱不出水的原因!
Answer: generally, the electric wire of the submersible pump is heated and does not flow out because its current exceeds the rated safe carrying capacity! Commonly known as "overload"!
Overload can be caused by the following reasons:
1. If the wire diameter is too small, the wire will be heated. The selection of wire usually determines its safe ampacity according to 1.5 times of the rated current of the equipment (marked on the motor nameplate or calculated according to the power).
2. Incorrect wiring, when the submersible pump is wrongly connected to the power supply, it will also cause the pump to operate abnormally and the current will increase. Finding and correcting incorrect wiring can solve the problem.
3. The submersible pump is misused. If the pump is used beyond the specified lift or the pipe diameter is reduced, it will lead to overload operation of the pump and increase the current. This problem can be solved as long as the water pump is installed and used correctly.
4. The submersible pump has a fault. The mechanical or electrical fault of the pump will cause the current to increase.
5. Mechanical failures of the submersible pump include shaft damage and poor operation, impeller blockage and foreign matters blocking the motor, and electrical failures include inter turn short circuit, etc. Identify and troubleshoot the problem.
Two wires of submersible pump are heated and no water is discharged
To put it simply, the electric wire of the submersible pump is heated and does not flow out of the water, which may be due to the following faults:
1. the impeller is stuck;
2. the power supply voltage is too low;
3. power failure or phase failure;
4. broken cable;
5. the plug is damaged;
6. excessive voltage drop of cable;
7. stator winding is damaged; The resistance is seriously unbalanced; One or two phases are open circuit; The insulation resistance to ground is zero.
Methods to solve the problem that the electric wire of submersible pump is heated and does not flow water:
1. if the impeller is stuck, remove the dirt near the impeller, and then turn the impeller by hand to see if it can rotate. If the end face of the impeller is found to be rubbing against the ring, the sealing gasket shall be lowered and the impeller shall be padded higher.
2. replace the high lift pump or reduce the lift of the pump.
3. check the fuse and switch of the power supply step by step to find and eliminate the fault; Check whether the three-phase temperature relay contacts are connected and operate normally.
4. find out the breakpoint and connect the cable.
5. replace or repair the plug.
6. according to the cable length, select the appropriate cable specification, increase the conductive area of the cable and reduce the voltage drop of the cable.
7. the stator winding shall be rewound for overhaul according to the original design data.
In particular, the specification of cable, small diameter and large current are the most common reasons that lead to the heating of submersible pump wires without water!
